Return & Refund Policy

We’re proud to offer refunds and exchanges for 60 days following the date of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return and exchange instructions

Please email us at hello@translpantgifts.shop to discuss and initiate your return or exchange. If you are eligible for returns or exchange we will provide a return label with return address. We do not take any restocking fee. But The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please follow the Return and exchange instructions above it initiate the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
